1. Services
We provide laundry pickup, washing, drying, folding and delivery, as well as residential and commercial cleaning. Service availability depends on your location within our service area.
2. Estimates and pricing
Prices shown online are estimates based on the information you provide. Laundry is weighed at pickup and the final price is confirmed from that weight. Cleaning prices are before tax and may be adjusted if the scope of work differs from what was described.
3. Pickup and delivery
Pickups are collected in the 7am to 12pm window. Orders are returned within 24 hours. Same-day delivery must be requested the day before by 12:00 AM. Delivery times are not guaranteed and we will contact you to narrow down the window.
4. Weight and condition limits
Orders over 50 lbs, or items that are heavily soiled, may incur an additional cleaning fee and will be delivered the next day. We are not able to clean items that require dry cleaning, or children's soft toys and stuffed animals.
5. Bedding and bulky items
Duvets, blankets and similar bulky items are priced per item or as a flat-rate bundle that includes pickup and delivery. Requests with more than three bulky items are quoted individually by our team.
6. Payment
No payment is taken when you book online. You are billed after the service, based on the confirmed weight or the agreed cleaning price. Cleaning prices are subject to applicable taxes.
7. Care and liability
We take great care with every order using standard washers and dryers. Some fabrics and materials, such as cotton, may shrink or react to normal washing. Please tell us about delicate or high-value items before pickup.
